This book is absolutely brilliant and tells the story of enigmatic Brazilian Ayrton Senna. This is more than just a story of a successful racing driver this is the story of a man who was adored in his native Brazil and would go beyond the limit to gain success in Formula 1. The Life of Senna is a great read and covers many pivotal events such as Ayrton’s first test in a Formula 1 car and his battles with Alain Prost at Mclaren. I really enjoyed the stories of Sennas on-track duels with Martin Brundle in Formula 3 and their contrasting fortunes after that magic season in 1983. This book is definitely worth the read for any Motor racing fanatic.
