Campos is expecting another strong run as Formula 2 heads to Belgium for the seventh round of 2020.
Spa-Francorchamps brings back good memories for the Spanish outfit with the team having success at the circuit in almost every category. Jack Aitken and Guilherme Samaia will want to add to that success with a strong performance for their team on one of the most challenging tracks.
Aitken, who scored a double podium at Silverstone, will want to keep the momentum going as he takes to the track at the weekend. The Anglo-Korean is looking forward to stepping onto the podium at one of the last classical F1 circuits left on the calendar.
Samaia is feeling optimistic ahead of the races at a circuit that he knows well.
Campos took to Twitter to post: “#Round7 it’s here! Hello #Belgium, Hello #BelgianGP After one week off. We’re back at Spa-Francorchamps circuit.”
The track puts the tyres through a lot, especially the famous Eau Rouge-Radillon zone. With the weather interchangeable around the long track, races are closely fought and fun for the drivers and the viewers.
Campos is ready for the new weekend despite the threat of rain always around the corner to try and catch them out.
