Louis Delétraz ended the final day of the Formula 2 season with the fastest time of the day with Jehan Daruvala just under two tenths behind.

The Swiss driver who doesn’t have a programme confirmed yet for 2021 set the time early on in the morning session which couldn’t be matched despite the best efforts of Daruvala and Juri Vips who set the most laps in the morning session with forty-six

Dan Ticktum set the fourth-fastest time ahead of Liam Lawson and Lirim Zendeli with the Campos duo of Ralph Boschung and Logan Sargent rounding off the top eight.

Guilherme Samaia and Christian Lundgaard concluded the top ten with Felipe Drugovich eleventh and twelfth ahead of Marino Sato and Clement Novalak who took over Guanyu Zhou’s Virtuosi for the final day of testing.

Theo Pourchaire was fifteenth ahead of Trident’s new boy Bent Viscaal with Oscar Piastri, Roberto Merhi and David Beckmann with Matteo Nannini and the DAMS’ pairing of Marcus Armstrong and Roy Nissany.

In the afternoon session, it was Drugovich who set the fastest time of the session with a 1.42.435 ahead of Piastri and Armstrong ahead of Shwartzman, Virtuosi teammate Novalak and Samaia with Nissany seventh ahead of Merhi, Beckmann and Nannini.

Zendeli lead Delétraz in an MP 11-12 ahead of Lawson, Sargent, Sato and Vips whilst Pourchaire was seventeenth despite stopping on track which brought out the red flag with Lundgaard, Daruvala and Ticktum at the bottom of the timesheets, Boschung and Viscaal didn’t go out due to technical issues.
