FIA Formula 2 is back on track this week at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

After the long-awaited return to track action last month in Sakhir and Jeddah we will see the drivers and teams refine their partnerships over the next few days.

The three-day test will begin on Tuesday 12th April 2022. The three days will be split into morning and afternoon sessions as normal, with six hours of testing available per day.

The first session of the day will begin at 09:00 local time and run until 12:00 on all three days.

On the 12th and 13th, the afternoon sessions will start at 14:00 and finish at 17:00, while on the 14th it will begin at 13:00 and end at 16:00 (GMT+2).

The Teams will have the choice of Pirelli’s hard and soft compounds, with each car allocated six sets of prime and two sets of option tyres for the duration of the test.

These next few days will give the teams and drivers some solid preparation before we see the championship move into the European season at Imola, Italy on 22nd to the 24th April.
