Hitech GP duo Nikita Mazepin and Luca Ghiotto are looking for an improved weekend in Hungary.
As Round 3 of the Formula 2 season fast approaches, the team have been plagued by bad luck and reliability.
In their debut season, the team have scored just one point so far. Mazepin claimed eighth in the sprint race, but apart from that there hasn’t been much to cheer about.
The Russian driver says he is looking to build on that point in Austria last week: “Excited to get back out racing for the third weekend in a row,” he said.
“I am hoping we will make a step forward with the team.”
Last season’s third-placed man Ghiotto echoed the statement of his teammate. He added: “I’m super ready to get back out in the car this weekend.
“I want to improve from where we were the last few weeks so we can make a step forward.
“Looks like there will be mixed weather conditions on all three days so we will do our homework so that we are prepared.”
