PHM Racing, founded by Paul Müller at the end of 2021, has quickly established itself as a formidable force in junior motorsport.
The team’s ascent began in 2022, participating in three different Formula 4 Championships and securing their first victory in the F4UAE 2022 at just the fourth race of their history, thanks to Taylor Barnard.
This early success was a sign of things to come, as they went on to achieve further victories and clinch the runner-up spot in the ADAC F4 team classification that year.
In 2023, PHM Racing expanded its horizons by entering three new championships. The first of these was the FRMEC, where the team notched up four victories and achieved a historic 1-2-3 finish in Dubai. The team also secured a runner-up position in the first Formula Regional Championship.
A significant milestone was reached with the acquisition of the Formula 2 and Formula 3 entries from Charouz Racing System. Notably, PHM Racing celebrated the achievement of having the first female driver, Sophia Flörsch, score points in the FIA F3 Championship.
Looking ahead to 2024, PHM Racing is set to embark on a new era. The AIX Investment Group joins as a joint partner, leading to the team rebranding as PHM AIX Racing. This partnership is seen as a pivotal step in the team’s journey towards greater success.
Paul Müller, the founder of PHM Racing, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership with AIX. “I am excited to partner with AIX to take PHM AIX Racing to its goal of being the best open-wheel feeder racing team, winning races and championships from F4 to F2,” he said.

He expects the partnership to not only bring a striking new livery but also to yield tangible results as early as 2024, thanks to the combination of funding and world-class advisors.
